About the Host

Hi, I'm Oler; And I've Seen What Happens When Young People Miss This.

Over my 17-year career in financial markets and corporate Treasury, I watched firsthand as talented, hardworking people had their potential quietly destroyed not by bad luck, but by a financial literacy gap that started long before they entered the workforce.

I created this webinar, and the accompanying faith-based financial summer camp, because I believe our young people don't need to figure out the financial system by trial and error. They deserve biblical truth, structural knowledge, and professional guidance from someone who has sat inside the system they're about to enter.

I am a CFA Charterholder, a Certified Trainer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and a children's church teacher at Covenant Nation. I regularly deliver financial education to young people at schools and summer camps across Nigeria. I've seen teenagers go from financially clueless to genuinely confident in a matter of days. That transformation is why I'm here.
