Due to the nature of digital content, online courses, downloadable materials, membership content, and digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been downloaded or used.

Memberships

Membership and subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved at our discretion.

Physical Products

Refunds for physical products may be considered within 7–14 days of delivery, subject to proof of purchase and return in original condition.

Corporate Services

Corporate wellness programs and enterprise engagements shall be governed by separate contractual agreements executed between Dogwood and Oaks and the relevant organization.

Intellectual Property

All platform content including but not limited to course materials, videos, branding, graphics, text, and educational resources, remain the intellectual property of Dogwood and Oaks or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
